OOGA is a non-custodial trading interface built on the Solana blockchain, operated by Celerium Ltd.
By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks and disclaimers:
1. No Custody or Advice
OOGA does not hold user funds, control private keys, or act as a broker, dealer, exchange, or custodian. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information on the platform is for informational purposes only.
2. On-Chain Transaction Risk
All interactions occur on-chain. Transactions are irreversible once submitted. Risks include:
Partial fills or failed swaps
Slippage
Network congestion or downtime
Oracle discrepancies
MEV or front-running
Smart contract bugs or exploits
You are solely responsible for verifying transaction parameters before signing and confirming.
3. Platform & Smart Contract Risk
OOGA uses both proprietary and third-party Solana programs (e.g., aggregators, routers, or vault contracts). While audited components may be used, no smart contract is guaranteed to be safe. We disclaim all liability for losses due to bugs, exploits, forks, upgrades, or third-party protocol failures.
4. Price & Data Feed Risk
All pricing and token data is aggregated from multiple sources, including Jupiter, Pyth, and Switchboard. These data sources may be inaccurate, delayed, or manipulated. Execution prices are not guaranteed, and may differ from displayed estimates due to market volatility or routing changes.
5. Referral & Progression Program Disclaimer
Referral rewards, XP, progression ranks, and giveaways are non-guaranteed, discretionary, and subject to change at any time. Participation does not create any financial right or entitlement. Rewards are paid only from our platform fees and distributed at our sole discretion.
6. Regulatory Disclaimer
OOGA is not available in certain jurisdictions including (but not limited to): Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia). Access from these regions is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
7. No Warranty / Limited Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped as per our Terms of Service.
8. Your Responsibility
You assume full responsibility for all activity associated with your wallet. Always double-check contracts, slippage, routing paths, and token legitimacy before executing trades. Use at your own risk.
